At Black Diamond Brewery & Distillery, we're proud to partner with the Hocking Valley Scenic Railway to honor our region's rich coal mining and railroad heritage. Together, we've transformed a historic railroad boxcar into a "rolling rickhouse," where our bourbon barrels age in a parked train car. This innovative approach not only accelerates the maturation process through seasonal temperature and humidity fluctuations but also breathes new life into historic railcars.
