Black Diamond Kitchen will offer a broad, approachable menu designed to provide something for everyone,
including steaks, burgers, sandwiches, seafood, pasta, salads and shareable appetizers. Guests will also be able to enjoy Black Diamond’s locally crafted beers and award-winning bourbons produced at the company’s brewery and distillery in Nelsonville.
The Kitchen concept represents the continued evolution of Black Diamond’s restaurant operations. The diverse menu will allow the company to offer guests a wider selection of approachable dining options while maintaining the quality and hospitality associated with the Black Diamond name.
