Cherrywood Manhattan
Smooth and sultry with a deep cherry soul. This Manhattan layers sweet vermouth and cherry bitters with the complexity of Black Diamond Bourbon, served in a chilled coupe and topped with a cherry. It’s old-school charm with a modern polish.
INGREDIENTS AND HOW TO CRAFT
• 2 oz Black Diamond Bourbon
• 1 oz sweet vermouth
• 2 dashes cherry bitters
• Cherry to garnish
Step 1
In a mixing glass filled with ice, add 2 oz Black Diamond Bourbon, 1 oz sweet vermouth, and 2 dashes of cherry bitters.
Step 2
Stir for 20–30 seconds until chilled and diluted.
Step 3
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Step 4
Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
